Job Description

MACHINE OPERATOR
  • POURLINE Monday
  • Friday 3:00 am
  • until finished $18.
00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate power-driven pumps to transfer liquids, semi-solids, gases, or powdered materials Work directly with management to coordinate and implement production directives in a professional manner for foam production Safely load, unload, and transfer chemicals from rail cars, tankers, totes, and drums into holding tanks Monitor pressure gauges and flow meters; adjust valves to regulate pump speed, pressure, and material flow Maintain pumps and lines by replacing filters and gaskets, tightening connections, and making necessary adjustments Collect material samples for laboratory analysis Record quantities of materials pumped Maintain accurate inventory of storage tank contents Follow 5S standards and all safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Experience reading and interpreting measuring devices
