ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSOperate power-driven pumps to transfer liquids, semi-solids, gases, or powdered materialsWork directly with management to coordinate and implement production directives in a professional manner for foam productionSafely load, unload, and transfer chemicals from rail cars, tankers, totes, and drums into holding tanksMonitor pressure gauges and flow meters; adjust valves to regulate pump speed, pressure, and material flowMaintain pumps and lines by replacing filters and gaskets, tightening connections, and making necessary adjustmentsCollect material samples for laboratory analysisRecord quantities of materials pumpedMaintain accurate inventory of storage tank contentsFollow 5S standards and all safety policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of manufacturing experienceProficient in reading, writing, and speaking EnglishCapable of standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Experience reading and interpreting measuring devices #psbrenham
