MILING & EXTRUSION
OPERATIVEFriday

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 Follow all instructions on the Job Card required for milling and extruding materials, ensuring correct process is used for optimum resultsResponsible for working within the set quality standards to make sure only good quality products are passed along to the next stage of manufacturingMeasure product thoroughly and add to material following the standard work instructionsMeasure and cut product to the appropriate length to ensure maximum efficiency and quality of productResponsible for following safety guidelines and reporting any near misses, incidents, and accidents to the appropriate personnelEnsure that the work area is properly clean at all times, especially at the end of the shiftThroughout the shift, work will be recorded into the system in a timely and accurate fashionBring any issues or "stops" to production to your cell leader or appropriate personnel 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Lifting up to 50 lbs.6 months prior experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience running machineryMust be able to read and write in EnglishMust understand basic manufacturing mathMust possess effective communication skills
