LEAD MACHINE OPERATOR IN BROWNSVILLE, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Brownsville, TX. This position is responsible for machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, product quality, safety compliance, and supporting daily production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and the ability to work independently in a production setting. Pay, Schedule, and Location $18-$20/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday-Friday, 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM Temp-to-hire Located in Brownsville, Texas Duties and Responsibilities Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery Perform machine setups, changeovers, and production adjustments Monitor machine performance and production output Inspect products for quality defects and complete quality checks/documentation Follow all safety procedures, GMP guidelines, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout policies Communicate machine issues and production updates during shift handoff Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned work areas Submit accurate production and downtime reports Support production goals related to safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience required Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver s License required — (Salary range based on experience) —
