Job Description
Machine Operator - Starting at $15+ Pay Rate DOE Integrity Trade Services is seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Operator for a school furniture manufacturing plant in Cameron, TX . This position involves operating CNC equipment to process wood components, with an emphasis on precision, safety, and efficiency in a high-temperature production environment. Assembler Tasks and Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, or mill wood components per job specifications. Perform file transfers and load programs based on job tickets. Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure adherence to tolerances. Perform preventative maintenance on machines. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols , including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) . Identify and work with three different types of wood core materials used in production. Assist in quality control checks during and after production. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Able to withstand 100-120°F temperatures for extended periods.
Shift:
5:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday - Hours will vary (Some Saturdays will be required depending on workload and department.)Minimum Requirements:
1+ year of CNC experience (wood or metal preferred). General computer knowledge (file transfers, program loading). Strong math skills (including tolerance calculations). Ability to read blueprints, job tickets, and tape measures. Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is a must. Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must follow all safety procedures and company policies.
