Job Description

Production Floater Location:
Carrollton, TX 75007
Pay Rate:
$15.00/hr
Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Job Description We are looking for a reliable Production Floater to assist with various assembly line tasks throughout the facility. You will be responsible for jumping in wherever support is needed most, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring our production goals are met each day. If you are a flexible team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on our team. Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
Assembly Support:
Cross-trains across multiple production lines and assembly areas to provide support wherever workflow demands require it.
Safety Compliance:
Adheres strictly to all company safety standards, equipment protocols, and workplace guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
Efficiency & Goals:
Actively contributes to daily production goals by maintaining a steady, efficient pace on the line.
Documentation:
Completes any required basic paperwork or production tracking accurately and legibly.
Maintenance:
Performs daily housekeeping and organization in designated work areas to ensure a clean, efficient facility.
Collaboration:
Communicates effectively with shift supervisors and team members regarding task updates or product quality concerns.
Qualifications Experience:
Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or fast-paced assembly environment is a plus, but not required.
Flexibility:
Willingness to learn multiple roles and adapt quickly to changing daily assignments.
Skills:
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Ability to be a reliable self-starter who works well within a team structure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently stand for extended periods of time and routinely lift and/or move up to 40-50 lbs.
Availability:
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work the full shift, including occasional overtime.
