In this role, you will operate and maintain production equipment to ensure high-quality output while meeting production timelines. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Operate assigned machinery to produce high-quality products in a timely manner Assist with machine setup and ensure proper configuration for each job Review work orders and production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.) Identify defects and make necessary corrections to maintain quality standards Maintain accurate production and operational records Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards) Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Requirements Ability to work overtime when required.
