We print for some of the fastest-moving streetwear brands in the country. We move fast, we hold quality, and we're growing. We need a DTG Operator who owns the machine, owns print quality, and doesn't need to be managed on the basics. Shifts Available 1st Shift 2nd Shift Responsibilities Set up and operate Brother GTX DTG printers — calibration, alignment, daily maintenance, and ink management Pretreat garments and prep files for print Run quality checks throughout production — catch issues before they become a reorder Perform routine maintenance — head cleaning, nozzle checks, basic troubleshooting Log job records, ink usage, and production output accurately Requirements Experience operating a DTG printer — Brother GTX experience preferred Understanding of color management and how artwork translates to fabric Ability to handle high-volume production consistently Reliable, detail-oriented, communicates when something's off
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
