The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly line process, ensuring that products are fabricated and assembled efficiently and to high-quality standards. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively in a warehouse or factory environment. Monday - Thursday, 4AM - 2:30PM Duties Assemble components and parts according to specifications and assembly instructions. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency on the assembly line. Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures and safety practices. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes. Experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for assembly tasks. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus, but not mandatory. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
