We are a leading Dallas manufacturing company seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Metal Fabrication Department. This role supports production through metal preparation, fabrication tasks, and general shop operations. Prior fabrication or metal shop experience is preferred. This is a hands-on position working with sheet metal and fabrication equipment to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
Operate metal fabrication equipment such as shears, punch presses, grinders, and other shop machinery Perform metal cutting, deburring, and finishing tasks Assist with general fabrication and machining support work Safely move materials using a forklift and other material handling equipment Maintain organized work areas and follow shop safety procedures
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Forklift certification required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25-50 lbs Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools Prior metal shop, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
