In this role, you will operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including several packaging machines, to ensure smooth production flow. Your expertise will help maintain our commitment to excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their skills in manufacturing technology. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines, to assure efficiencies and meets DAP's quality standards in according to DAP specifications. Monitor and operate all packaging filling machines in order to correctly dispense products into the designated labeled containers. Maintains hourly production board that document downtime and issues that my arise throughout the shift and answer question in reference to production activities. Handle materials safely using materials handling equipment; assist with inventory management and packaging of finished products. Communicate any equipment concerns with supervisor or maintenance for troubleshooting issues promptly, and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs. Follow safety protocols diligently, maintain a clean work environment, and document production activities accurately. Proven factory or manufacturing experience operating packaging machines, in a fast-paced environment. Prior production experience or assembly line work that demonstrates attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
