Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3D Print Technician / Machine Operator to join our high-volume production team. Our company supports projects for U.S. government agencies, including the United States Army , providing critical manufacturing capabilities The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. No prior 3D printing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities Monitor and oversee daily operation of a large-scale fleet of 3D printers (300+ units) Remove completed prints from machines and clear print beds for the next production cycle Removing support materials Cleaning and finishing printed parts Swapping filament spools Cleaning nozzles Identifying and reporting print issues or errors Ensure printers are running efficiently with minimal downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules Experience Military Veterans prefered, but not required High reliability and strong attendance record Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic mechanical aptitude Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us Opportunity to support projects for U.S. government and defense-related initiatives Entry point into advanced manufacturing and 3D printing technology On-the-job training and skill development Growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling operation #
