Key Responsibilities:

• Operate winding machines and produce pipe insulation, flat board insulation, and round board insulation
• Set up machines according to job specifications, including materials, tension settings, and dimensions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or deviations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
