Openwork is hiring dependable Assembly Operators for a respected manufacturing company with a long-standing reputation for producing high-quality wooden reels used across multiple industries worldwide. - Assemble wooden components into finished products
- Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure product accuracy
- Inspect finished products to verify quality standards
- Label, tag, and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support production and warehouse operations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
