Buncher Operator RMPersonnel El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time $18.50 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Records maintenance Packing Machine operation Production machine operator experience High school diploma or GED Packaging Computer skills Full Job Description Job description: Job located in Santa Teresa 12-hour shifts 7pm/7 am-7 am/7 pm 4 days on/3 days off 36/48 hours which rotate every 4 months. Salary $ 18.50 per hour shift differential +1.50. This is a temp to hire position. Job Summary Buncher Operator will be responsible for operating various wire bunching machines to meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient production of wire products. Duties Operates machinery Planetary, Stander, and Single Twist Machines. Bunch Single or multiple wires to meet final production tolerances based on customer specifications and production parameters. Determine setup procedures, select appropriate machine parts, and configure machines according to the production plan. Load inlet wires onto pay-offs and unload employ spools as needed. Conduct preliminary test production runs and submit wire samples to the Quality Control Lab for testing. Adjust machine setting based on test results to ensure product quality. Monitor production process, stop or adjust machinery when problems arise. Inspect wire traversing visually and make corrections as necessary. Maintain accurate production and process records. Take samples from finished products and submit them for final quality testing. Wrap complete reels with cardboard or stretch film, label and transport them to the stocking/packaging area. Perform simple maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. Follow safety and environmental rules and regulations. Requirements Minimum of one year experience as a Buncher/Machine Operator. Must have at least one document HSD/GED, certificate or Technical License, be fluent in computer applications. Background and Drug Test.
