Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the embroidery team to meet production goals and deadlines Oversee the setup and operation of sewing machines used for embroidery, ensuring optimal performance Maintain quality control by inspecting finished garments for stitching accuracy, color consistency, and overall craftsmanship Train new team members on embroidery techniques, machine operation, and safety procedures Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory of embroidery supplies and finished goods Troubleshoot technical issues with sewing machines and resolve operational disruptions promptly Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment Skills Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing machine operation Proficiency in sewing techniques specific to embroidery processes Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in apparel or textile production Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail for quality assurance purposes Familiarity with warehouse procedures related to inventory management and shipping logistics Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and train staff
