Location:
Santa Teresa, NM Schedule:
M-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM able to work Saturday Training will be conducted on 1st or 2nd shift

Language Requirement:
Some English We are seeking experienced Machine Operator experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will process metal according to customer orders and work order specifications using advanced machinery, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Process material according to work order and set-up note specifications Set up, operate, and maintain cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment Pull, inspect, and verify product prior to processing Perform quality checks during machine operation and record measurements per sampling plan Complete production and productivity logs accurately Communicate with sales representatives regarding order changes or clarifications Identify, record, and segregate scrap and non-conforming material Perform preventive maintenance on equipment Maintain processing and work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition Properly operate weighing scales and maintain measurement tools Assist with packaging materials according to work instructions Provide feedback to supervision regarding machine efficiency and product quality Support lean and quality initiatives Train others as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Complete all responsibilities without compromising safety. Material Handler experience.
Minimum Requirements:
1-2 years of machine operation experience Basic math skills Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Experience using handheld measuring tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience, especially in the metals industry Basic computer skills
Metal Industry:
1 year (Preferred)
Language:
Some English required temp to hire position.
