Job Description

Job Title:
Wiring Associate (2nd Shift) Job Description Schneider Electric , located on the west side of El Paso, Texas , is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as a Wiring Associate. This position focuses on assembling and wiring electrical components in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
Perform wiring and assembly of electrical components according to specifications Read and follow basic wiring diagrams and instructions Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Meet production and quality targets Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned
Pay & Schedule Pay Rate:
$17.25 per hour
Shift:
2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 12:00
AM Overtime:
Mandatory overtime required as needed Job Requirements Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent required Previous wiring or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read basic instructions or diagrams Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good attendance and reliability are essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team
