Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in the following is required for this position - can be combined. Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic mechanical processes Experience working in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing settings
Education:
High school diploma or GED is requiredfor this position
Language:
English required (Spanish is a plus) to communicate with clients and staff.
Driver's License:
Standard Class C License is preferred to complete assigned job tasks and commute to work daily

United States Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to use hands and fingers to perform repetitive and precision tasks. Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as required to perform job duties. Ability to communicate effectively, including talking and hearing. Ability to work in, on, around, and in proximity to large structures, equipment, and tooling. Ability to lift, push, and/or carry items up to 40 pounds as required. Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and equipment. Ability to work in and around tight or confined spaces. Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and/or hazardous materials (e.g., carbon fiber).
Duties:
Technician I (Production, Assembly, QV Solar Panels) is responsible for performing assembly and production tasks in support of satellite system manufacturing. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized work instructions, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. The position supports manufacturing operations by assembling components, handling materials, and ensuring products meet established quality and performance standards. Assemble satellite subcomponents and production parts in accordance with work instructions and engineering specifications Sort, stage, and organize materials on tables, racks, or bins Use hand tools, fixtures, and measuring/test equipment to complete assembly tasks Clean, package, and prepare completed assemblies for storage or shipment Pack, seal, label, and move materials and finished goods as required Handle small parts and components requiring manual dexterity
Shift:
Standard shift is Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (4x10) with paid lunch and breaks.
Flexibility:
Night and weekend shifts with increased pay are also available depending on experience and team needs.
