Technician I (Production, Assembly, QV Solar Panels) is responsible for performing assembly and production tasks in support of satellite system manufacturing. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized work instructions, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. The position supports manufacturing operations by assembling components, handling materials, and ensuring products meet established quality and performance standards. Assemble satellite subcomponents and production parts in accordance with work instructions and engineering specifications
Sort, stage, and organize materials on tables, racks, or bins
Use hand tools, fixtures, and measuring/test equipment to complete assembly tasks
Clean, package, and prepare completed assemblies for storage or shipment
Pack, seal, label, and move materials and finished goods as required
Handle small parts and components requiring manual dexterity Shift:
Standard shift is Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (4x10) with paid lunch and breaks. Flexibility:
Night and weekend shifts with increased pay are also available depending on experience and team needs.
