Responsibilities Assemble components and products accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precise assembly processes Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and address defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing materials efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, especially in assembly line environments Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly procedures is highly advantageous Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices Join us in creating exceptional products while developing your skills in a lively, supportive manufacturing setting!
