You will join a highly focused team that thrives in a fast-paced environment You will be part of the team that is responsible for manufacturing and delivery of high quality, high-volume photovoltaic solar technology solutions that transform today's roofs. The role will focus on safety, quality, productivity, and on time delivery. Essential Duties Use a combination of automated technology and manual skills to assemble BIPV products Perform various assembly operations. Soldering experience is a plus Self-inspecting products. Ensure quality requirements are met Perform simple electrical testing of the product as required Use manufacturing execution system (MES) to input manufacturing data Perform routine preventive maintenance as assigned Maintain a safe and clean production environment Execute housekeeping responsibilities that are consistent with manufacturing initiatives Ensure production processes are carried in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent required Work in a manufacturing or safety sensitive work environment Follow both verbal instructions and written procedures Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience hand soldering and use of torque driven tools a plus Basic PC skills and ability to navigate programs used by the Company for training and/or communication purposes

Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.
