Feed Batching Operator FM03 3rd Shift - Seguin, TX

Job Details:

Operate the milling process at a feed mill to combine feed ingredients per a formula to provide a finish product for deliver to farms.

Responsibilities:

Batching Feed:

Operate and monitor batching equipment to ensure accurate and timely mixing of feed ingredients.

Quality Control:

Perform quality checks to ensure feed meets specified standards and report any discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of feed ingredients and report inventory levels.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of batching equipment to ensure proper operation.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Documentation:

Keep detailed logs of batching activities, including ingredient usage and batch numbers.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient feed production and address any issues that arise. Requirements At least three (3) months of experience with processing equipment used in food processing (i.e. grinders, blenders, knife sharpening tools) OR 3 months of experience in the operation and maintenance of machines like slicers, etc. Day one
