Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of commercial generator experience with strong diagnostics and leadership. Apply today for challenging work and project ownership. Duties & Responsibilities Service, diagnose, and repair commercial stationary generators and rental power equipment ranging from 10kW to 2MW. Troubleshoot transfer switches, control systems, and power generation failures using strong diagnostic practices. Retrofit analog and end-of-life controls to newer digital systems and support equipment start-ups. Respond to emergency service requests while communicating clearly with customers and account managers. Help estimate labor and materials, monitor job costs, and take ownership of projects through completion. Lead, train, and mentor junior generator technicians while following safe work practices.Requirements Required:
7+ years of experience servicing and repairing commercial generator or power generation equipment. Hands-on experience with commercial stationary generators, rental power equipment, transfer switches, and related systems. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with generator failures, controls, start-ups, and retrofits. Ability to lead projects, mentor technicians, and support a small-team service environment. Strong customer communication skills and ability to coordinate with account managers on repair needs and job status. Ability to support emergency service needs, including overtime and rotating on-call coverage when required. Must complete pre-employment drug screening and applicable background check. #PJ1Compensation:
