All phone call inquiries will be rejected. Job Summary Domingue Architectural Finishes is seeking an experienced Paint Mixer & Order Preparation Technician to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience mixing paints, coatings, stains, or similar products and preparing orders for shipment. Training on our products and processes will be provided. Ideal candidate is organized, full of energy and a team player. We want someone proactive with attention to detail to join our growing company. Responsibilities Mix paints, plasters, primers, and specialty finishes according to formulas and specifications. Measure and batch materials accurately. Prepare and package customer orders for shipment. Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets. Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries. Load incoming shipments for inventory. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts. Keep the warehouse, mixing area, and equipment clean and organized. Perform quality control checks before orders leave the facility. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Qualifications Previous experience mixing paint, coatings, stains, chemicals, or similar products is required . Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is required . Ability to read and follow formulas, work orders, and shipping documents. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. English proficiency is required . Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred. Forklift experience is needed. Certification a plus.
