Job Summary The Operator supports daily production activities in the manufacturing of optical transceivers, working within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and following ESD-controlled procedures. The Operator loads materials and components into carriers/trays, performs assembly of the transceivers, and uses test tools/equipment to test finished goods. The Operator ensures components and documentation are accurately maintained and works closely with engineers, production staff, and production leaders to follow instructions, support process improvements, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. On-the-job training is providedthis is a great opportunity to join the AI industry and grow with us. Key Responsibilities Load materials and components into carriers/trays and place them into production equipment on the COB and alignment lines. Perform assembly operations on the assembly line. Use designated test tools and equipment to test optical transceivers Maintain accurate production logs and documentation in accordance with station-specific SOPs. Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with engineers and production leaders, following instructions and escalating issues as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols. Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Recently college graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting. Able to read, speak, and write English Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for several hours per day. Able to lift up to 20 lbs. Work Environment Work performed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom with controlled temperature and humidity. Required to wear full cleanroom attire (bunny suit, smock, mask, ESD shoes, etc.) at all times. Fast-paced, detail-oriented manufacturing environment supporting next-generation optical networking products.
