We pull permits. We deliver an elite customer experience. We're building a team of professionals—not passengers . The Role You are the backbone of operations . If inventory is wrong → jobs fail. If trucks aren't ready → revenue stops. If parts don't get delivered → the entire day breaks. This role requires ownership, urgency, and precision . What You'll Be Responsible For Owning warehouse organization and inventory accuracy Pulling and staging jobs 100% correctly and on time Delivering parts and equipment to job sites (trailer driving required) Loading/unloading equipment ( must lift 50+ lbs daily ) Keeping trucks stocked and ready for service/install teams Supporting operations after hours through on-call rotation Maintaining a clean, dialed-in, high-efficiency warehouse Schedule Monday•Friday Rotating weekends On-call rotation required (after-hours support is part of the job) Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience driving with a truck and trailer (preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Reliable, accountable, and self-driven What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and doesn't make excuses Someone who moves with urgency and purpose Someone who can handle pressure without falling apart Someone who wants to grow, earn more, and level up Compensation & Growth $17•25/hour based on performance Growth opportunities as the company scales Increased responsibility = increased pay We reward execution, not just time Final Word If you're the type that shows up early, stays organized, and gets it done right the first time—you'll do very well here.
