PAY RATE

$23.80

• $26+ per hour (Depending On Experience) + Full Benefits Package

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for directly supervising the cutting (machine operating) crew at the site level. This position will report directly to the Shop Supervisor and will carry out the tasks and directions given to them by senior site leadership. This position will approve timecards, approve requests for time off of work, will recommend disciplinary action when appropriate, and will conduct performance evaluations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operate CNC machinery at a highly skilled and knowledgeable level Troubleshoot machinery and train employees on machinery Directly supervise designated employees Perform/assist with employee performance evaluations for area of responsibility Verify employee timecard Train and assist assigned employees Follow all company safety and quality requirements. Communicate with team members verbally and non-verbally. Work efficiently in all forms of weather (wind, heat, cold, rain, snow). Willing to work flexible hours and overtime or weekends as needed. Prompt and dependable attendance. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

3+ years of machine operating/welding/material handling experience preferred Previous supervisory experience highly preferred
