Leprino Foods Company Leprino Lubbock is seeking a Line 2 Block RMC Trainee. This position pays $21 per hour during training, then once certified will make $23 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay

JOB DESCRIPTION

Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations, and work in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures according to applicable company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following good manufacturing practices (GMPs). Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision. MES navigation and computer data entry. Monitor RMC operating parameters. Monitor cheese texture and temperature and adjust as needed. Monitor cheese blocks for proper weights and adjust as needed. Pull required samples and take to lab. Complete Brine salinity test. Complete brine chlorine procedures. Complete Brine pH procedures. Review results from the LRS Block report. Perform any required product transitions (changeover). Maintain Cleanliness of area, good housekeeping. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Must be a minimum of 18 years old. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
