If parts aren't prepped right, nothing else matters. That's how important this role is. We're hiring Surface Prep Technicians to join our team at DuraTech. This is an entry-level role with real growth potential , but it is not easy work.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

Cleaning and preparing metal parts before plating Loading racks and moving parts through production Working with cleaning solutions and chemical processes Maintaining tanks, equipment, and prep areas Supporting plating team when needed Keeping your area clean, organized, and safe This role directly impacts product quality — attention to detail matters. REALLY Like:

Physical work (lifting 40-150 lbs, often team lift) On your feet all day Hot in the summer, cold in the winter (not climate controlled) Fast-paced — production doesn't wait If that doesn't scare you off, keep going.
