What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.
Use basic hand tools:
calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow OSHA and Prysmian safety standards. Report safety concerns immediately. Support production as directed by supervisors. Work reliably and contribute to a strong team environment.What You Bring:
- Manufacturing experience preferred — not required.
Preferred:
farming or farm‑hand experience due to familiarity with labor‑intensive work.Preferred:
candidates open to 3rd shift and overnight schedules.Work Environment:
- Loud, industrial manufacturing setting.
Schedules:
- 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
- 20/hr, and get benefits.
Location:
McKinney, TX.Pay:
$17- 20 per hour + overtime & shift differential.

- Run up to 5 machines at the same time in a fast‑paced environment
- Prepare, inspect, and maintain equipment for safe operation
- Use basic hand tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow OSHA and Prysmian safety standards
- Report safety concerns immediately
- Support production as directed by supervisors
- Work reliably and contribute to a strong team environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred — not required
- Ability to perform very physically demanding work
- Ability to use standard hand tools
- Must not be color blind
- Ability to multitask and run multiple machines at once
- Strong reliability and willingness to learn
