Job Description

Multiline Industrial Equipment Operator Where:
McKinney, TX Compensation:
$17-$20/hr plus overtime & shift differential
Type:
Full-time Could this be you? You like keeping several lines humming at once—up to five machines in a fast-moving setting. You're comfortable with hand tools (calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures). You thrive on reliability, safety, and teamwork. What you'll run Armor machines Cablers Packaging lines Your impact Set up, inspect, and maintain machines for safe, steady output. Monitor product specs and make on-the-fly adjustments. Keep your work area clean and compliant with OSHA and Prysmian safety practices. Report safety concerns immediately and align with supervisor priorities. What it takes Manufacturing background preferred, not mandatory—training provided.
Capacity for very physical tasks:
bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, repetitive motion. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Must not be color blind. Multitasking ability across multiple machines. Dependability and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
farm or farm-hand experience.
Preferred:
interest in 3rd shift/overnights. Environment & conditions Industrial, loud production floor with continuous machine operation. Heat exposure and occasional outdoor work. Schedule 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. Overtime available. Weekend availability required. 3rd-shift/overnight strongly preferred.
