We're a fast‑paced custom apparel shop specializing in screen printing and embroidery for local businesses, events, and teams. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain multi‑head and single‑head embroidery machines. Load and align garments, change threads, and set up files for production. Monitor stitch quality and troubleshoot issues (tension, thread breaks, hoop alignment). Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Verify finished pieces for accuracy and quality; trim and package orders. Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow. Qualifications Prior experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred (Ricoma, Tajima, etc.). Familiarity with digitized embroidery files and basic file handling. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
