Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 6:00 AM•2:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Mesquite, TX. This position is responsible for learning and operating machinery used to manufacture gutter accessories such as downspouts, elbows, and Gutter Guard products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Learn to safely operate machinery used in the production of gutter system accessories. Monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures. Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed. Requirements Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and team lift up to 100 pounds as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Benefits Competitive starting pay of $21.00/hr. Opportunity to earn an additional production bonus of up to $2.00/hr. Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off. #ENGHP
