We reward problem solving. What You'll Do Royal is hiring seasonal full-time (40 hrs/week) Assemblers and Molding Operators for the Summer of 2025 at our Mission location. This is a great opportunity for freshly graduated high-school students, college students or even teachers off for the summer!

These opportunities are seasonal and available for the summer only (May-August).

Responsibilities:

Assist in producing parts by putting together component parts using basic robotics and/or hand tools.(Assembly) Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met (Assembly & Molding) Lift up to 35lbs at a time (Assembly & Molding) Follow visual and written work instructions (Assembly & Molding) Complete necessary paperwork (Assembly & Molding)

What You'll Bring Qualifications:

Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8-hours per day. Overtime will be required as needed. Desire to work one of the following shifts (preference given to those who are interested in 2nd or 3rd shift) 1st

4pm-12am 3rd

Shift:
