We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work, operating machinery, and hitting production goals in a safety-first environment.
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Set up and operate various presses and finishing equipment to create rubber parts according to precise specs.
Quality & Maintenance:
Perform basic machine maintenance and monitor output to ensure every part meets our quality standards.
Production Flow:
Handle materials, follow blueprints/work instructions, and accurately record production data.
Team Collaboration:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and participate in process improvement and safety programs.

Previous background in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
