POSITION SUMMARY

The Batch Operator is responsible for operat batching equipment and perform manual tasks in a food manufacturing environment. The operator must ensure all quality, physical safety and food safety standards are adhered to and must follow all Standard Operation Procedures while performing their duties. This position is responsible for the cleaning/sanitation of their work area and must also complete preventative maintenance tasks in the facility. Certain qualified operators also have the responsibility to monitor and maintain reporting for CCP's This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and perform manual tasks
• Manually handle, weigh and add ingredients
• Perform all required inventory transactions for material usage tracking and process tracking, on paper and electronically
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work areas and perform other housekeeping/sanitation tasks as assigned
• Perform required preventive maintenance and minor repairs You must be willing to submit to a back ground check and drug test
