Position Overview:

The Machine Operator will be working at ABBA Manufacturing in Pharr, Texas, responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production specifications Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect products for quality and consistency during production Maintain a clean and safe work area Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

Previous machine operation experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
