Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our print manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints, as well as familiarity with precision measuring tools. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery, including press brake machines and other equipment, to ensure efficient production processes. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines accurately. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery effectively. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Familiarity with tooling, lamination, book binding, machining processes, and forklift operation is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
