Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Technician and Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of our food production equipment, specifically Vemag 500s and dough sheeters.Our production schedule runs from 5am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate food production machinery, such as Vemag 500s and dough sheeters, to ensure consistent production output
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and adjustments to keep machines running smoothly
- Collaborate with the production team to set up and calibrate equipment for different production runs
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve minor issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and food production standards
- Provide feedback on equipment performance and assist in improving machine efficiency.
- Prior experience operating food production machinery, with a strong understanding of Vemag 500s and dough sheeters
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor problems
- Knowledge of food production safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work on Sundays is a plus!
- Previous work experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of machine setup and calibration.
