$21•22/hour Sirius Staffing is seeking a Packaging Operator who will be responsible for labeling, relabeling, and packaging reference standard solutions and neat material aliquots to support catalog and custom products. This role ensures accurate execution of packaging processes while meeting production timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform labeling, relabeling, and packaging of products according to established procedures Execute packaging projects as designed to meet production goals and deadlines Initiate and complete batch records, forms, and related documentation Review all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to execution Ensure all work aligns with quality standards and customer requirements Monitor project timelines and communicate any delays or issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company quality, safety, and compliance policies Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Prior experience in the life sciences industry preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic documentation and record-keeping skills Work Environment Laboratory and/or production setting within the life sciences industry Requires adherence to strict quality and safety protocols Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
