Position Overview:

Join our team as a SOLLAS Machine Operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining the SOLLAS packaging machine, making tooling changes, conducting quality checks, and ensuring products are packaged and documented in compliance with company and industry standards. You'll play an essential role in keeping our production moving safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the SOLLAS packaging machine, perform adjustments, and handle tooling changes as required Conduct visual and mechanical inspection of products for quality Verify and document product codes, batch numbers, and counts Reject and reprocess damaged packaging or products as necessary Transport and package products following written instructions and batch specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Use computer systems (HMS, LIMS, ERP) for data entry and batch tracking Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience operating machinery in a production or packaging setting preferred Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions in English Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Comfortable with basic math Ability to perform mechanical adjustments and light troubleshooting Capable of lifting, transporting, and packing products as needed Commitment to safety and quality standards (familiarity with

ISO 13485, ISO14001 & OSHAS18001
