With a picture of your ID Retana Construction Solutions is currently seeking motivated and reliable Field Installation Technicians to join our growing team. This is a travel-based position supporting retail construction, fixture installation, remodels, resets, and commercial construction projects throughout the United States. If you enjoy working with your hands, traveling, and being part of a fast-paced team environment, we want to hear from you.
COMPENSATION
$20.50 per hour Overtime Available (OT) Per diem per day work Per Diem Provided for Qualified Travel Assignments
WHAT TO EXPECT
Nationwide travel Work in multiple states throughout the year Join a team that delivers retail construction and installation projects across the U.S. Opportunity for long-term employment and advancement
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Install retail fixtures, racks, shelving, displays, and equipment Read and follow layouts, plans, and project instructions Safely operate hand and power tools Maintain quality standards and project timelines Work collaboratively with Team Leads and crew members Report site issues and project concerns as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Construction, installation, or related field experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work long shifts Reliable transportation to designated meeting locations Strong work ethic and dependability Valid documentation authorizing employment in the United States Willingness to travel extensively
WORK CONDITIONS
Travel-based position Long workdays (10-12 hours when required) Active construction and retail environments Physically demanding work including lifting, standing, and moving materials
