Job Description

Who we are: Zone 4 is a nationwide leader in the design and installation of advanced material handling systems, including automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), robotics, and high-density racking solutions. Role Purpose The Project Assistant supports the Project Manager and Foreman to ensure projects are executed safely, on-time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This is a great role for a recent graduate looking to get into Project management field.
Role Type:
First assignment in San Marcos, TX / Full time Travel Role once 1st project is completed Core Responsibilities Support project coordination and execution Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables Maintain project documentation (RFIs, reports, logs) Assist in resource planning and coordination Conduct time studies and track productivity Communicate between field teams and internal stakeholders Work Environment Travel-based role working on active job sites Initial assignment in San Marcos, TX Construction/warehouse environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience or internships preferred Strong organization and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) PTO and travel support
