Emerald Luxury Coaches, a premier builder of custom luxury motor coach interiors, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabric Cutter & Interior Wrap Technician. This role is responsible for measuring, cutting, and applying fabrics and materials to various interior components, ensuring a high-end, clean finish that meets company quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, precise, and takes pride in craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and prepare fabrics, vinyl, and other materials for installation Wrap and install materials on interior components such as walls, panels, cabinetry, and trim pieces Ensure tight, smooth finishes free of wrinkles, bubbles, or defects Read and interpret work orders, drawings, or instructions for custom builds Maintain consistency in patterns, seams, and alignment Work closely with production team members to meet build timelines Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Experience in fabric cutting, upholstery, or interior wrapping preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work with hand tools and cutting equipment Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Preferred Qualificans

• Experience in automotive, RV, marine, or furniture upholstery Familiarity with adhesives, foam, and interior finishing materials Experience working in a custom manufacturing environment Work Environ
