To Crush This Job Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to perform basic math Strong communication and interpersonal skills Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity preferred Proven safety, attendance, and performance reliability Ability to accurately complete documentation and reports Ability to lift and maneuver 25 lbs. or more without assistance Your Role on the Floor Identify parts by catalog number and inspect materials for quality and defects Load, unload, and feed material into dies Operate press equipment and meet press department production requirements Make minor machine adjustments as needed Meet established production and performance standards Accurately complete timesheets and production reports Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Setup personnel Your Rewards.
