To Crush This Job Ability toread, write, and speak English Ability to performbasic math Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity preferred Provensafety, attendance, and performance reliability Ability to accurately complete documentation and reports Ability tolift and maneuver 25 lbs. or more without assistance Your Role on the Floor Identify parts by catalog number and inspect materials for quality and defects Load, unload, and feed material into dies Operate press equipment and meet press department production requirements Make minor machine adjustments as needed Meet established production and performance standards Accurately complete timesheets and production reports Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Setup personnel Your Rewards.
