FUNCTIONSDemonstrate proficiency in Creel Associate job functionsDemonstrate proficiency in Cut/Take Off Operator job functionsRead and interpret engineering diagrams to properly set up materials on individual pultrusion linesAccurately count, measure, and weigh materials and productsMaintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service standardsUnderstand material mixes and material identification processesFollow proper hazardous material handling and storage proceduresMaintain working knowledge of part numbers and related materialsCommunicate effectively with shift personnel and team membersLocate pultrusion line materials and perform machine set-ups efficientlySupport consistent and on-time delivery of materials to production linesJOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
Problem-solving skills for standardized situations.
