Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corrugated Press Machine Operator to join our production team. This critical role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating corrugated presses to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player who can work collaboratively to maintain smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Operation:

Set up machines for production cycles, including calibration, cleaning, and adjustments. Control and adjust machine settings such as speed and feed rates to optimize efficiency. Direct and collaborate with the machine Feeders and Stackers to ensure safe and consistent operations.

Production Quality & Troubleshooting:

Inspect products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.) to maintain quality standards. Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime. Conduct periodic operational tests to ensure proper machine function. Keep accurate records of approved and defective units or final products.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all company safety rules, protocols, and procedures to maintain a secure working environment. Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Workplace Maintenance & Documentation:

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Log daily activities, maintenance actions, and production output. Assist with other production duties as needed to support overall staffing and operational needs.

Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1+ years of experience as a Corrugated Press Machine Operator (Preferred). 1+ years of experience working with corrugated materials (Preferred). 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.). Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix machine issues.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions. Strong physical stamina and dexterity to operate machinery safely. Flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts as needed

Education:
