Job Description
2nd Shift Machine Operator (CNC)
The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC and metal fabrication machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload raw materials and finished metal parts Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality production Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production specifications Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications Previous machine operating experience required CNC operating experience strongly preferred Experience working around welding or metal cutting machinery preferred Ability to read a tape measure and follow production specifications Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus Must be dependable and able to work independently Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a production environment for an entire shift Benefits Weekly Pay Opportunity for long-term employment Overtime opportunities may be available Competitive starting pay based on experience Shift differential included for 2nd shift Apply at www.crouchstaffing.com
