Van Alstyne, TX Pay:
$17.00 / hour RPM Staffing is hiring a Compounding Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for processing raw materials through blending, mixing, and milling while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Responsibilities:
  • Blend, mix, and mill materials per SOPs
  • Ensure product quality and correct quantities
  • Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas
  • Complete basic production documentation
  • Follow safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written procedures
  • Attention to detail and reliability
